Hello and welcome to the class of Art at Frenship Middle School. I have been teaching art at Frenship since 1994 and love the school and the district. In my class the students will learn different styles or techniques in art. I currently teach 6th grade, 7th and 8th grade Art. In sixth grade everything they do is an introduction to the medium that we are utilizing. In seventh and eighth grade regular art classes we take it to a higher level and do some more challenging projects. Some advanced students are allowed to create beautiful pieces in many different mediums. In my class creativity is very important because I allow the students the freedom to express themselves through their artwork. I am very excited to have your child in my class for the upcoming school year.
