Hello, my name is Tim Reese and welcome to Frenship Middle School! I am so excited to be a part of the Frenship Middle School family! It is truly an honor and a privilege to be able to work with such an amazing staff and have a part in the success of your children.

 

I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in History, and from West Texas A&M University with a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. I began my teaching career at Frenship High School teaching social studies and had partnered with South Plains College teaching Dual Credit Government. I have two wonderful children - Camden who is a Junior at FHS and Liam who is a seventh grader here at FMS. My wife is an Assistant Principal at Frenship High School, so it goes without saying that Frenship is a big part of our family! Being both an educator and a parent, it’s important to our family that we work for a district that offers the best educational opportunities for our children. Without a doubt Frenship ISD is that district!

I believe that every student deserves a learning atmosphere with caring and compassionate educators. Educators who are considerate of their diverse needs while holding them to high expectations. Every child deserves to know they are valued as unique individuals who are capable of learning and deserving of success. When students are in that type of atmosphere they are more likely to take the risks necessary for academic and personal growth.
