Hello and welcome to 8th-grade RLA!  I am Ms. Abston and I will be teaching 8th grade Reading and Language Arts and Honors Reading and Language Arts. I am also the Frenship Middle School Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society sponsor.

 

While this is my 7th year as a Frenship Tiger, it is my 23rd year in education.  I attended Lubbock Christian University where I earned my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a master's degree in Educational Leadership. I strongly believe that we should be lifelong learners; thus, I also attended Texas Tech University where I earned my master's degree in Language and Literacy.

 

I am looking forward to another fabulous year at Frenship Middle School!
