Hello, I am Tiffany Rickman Assistant Principal in Frenship Middle School.  I love being part of the FMS family and serve the students, staff and parents at Frenship Middle School.

 

I graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies.  I have a Masters of Education in Elementary Education from Texas Tech and a Masters of Education in Leadership from Lubbock Christian University.  I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade and 4th grade.  I have 8 years of administration experience most of that experience in Elementary in Ector County ISD.  I am going on my 2nd year at FMS and I have loved the middle school students.  

 

I have 4 children- Hailey, Hunter, Ryder and Taryn.  We are die hard Texas Tech fans and love all sports.  During my free time we are usually watching baseball or football.  

 

I believe that every students can learn with loving, encouraging, and strong relationships.  One of my favorite quote is "if you have a child's heart, you have a child's mind." Flip Flippen.  I love building relationships with our students and building a environment that they are free to take risk, fail and succeed.  Every student needs a cheerleader on their side and my goal is to ensure they know I will always cheer them on to success as they continue to develop to a young adult.  

 

I can't wait for a wonderful year at Frenship Middle School.  Go Tigers!
