Frenship ISD takes pride in having strong middle school and high school Theatre programs. Our Theatre programs have earned numerous distinctions and awards for excellence and are recognized throughout the state as highly effective programs. They are a vibrant part of our schools and the community. Frenship ISD offers Theatre as a fully curricular academic enrichment course. The curriculum is aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. 

Students may join theatre at any time in grades 6-12. Theatre courses are taken sequentially. Students who elect Theatre are encouraged to start in sixth grade to take full advantage of a continuous theatrical experience through high school and beyond. Frenship ISD Theatre affords students opportunities to discover and develop their creative skills and abilities through the development of acting performance skills as well as technical theatre and design skills.
