Hello, I am Tonya Smith and I have my master's in special education and my bachelor's in math/science.  I have taken the diagnostician program, so I am well trained in the special education department.
 I have been teaching for 19 years. I have been a para-professional, a 6-8th grade math teacher, 9-12th Fundamental Algebra, IPC, and a Biology teacher. I have taught Life Skills in all subjects. I love my students as they are my own. I love helping them and seeing their light bulbs go off when they understand a specific concept. 
I am married to Richey, who is my best supporter. I have raised two daughters, and I am a proud NawNaw of two grand-daughters ages 12 and 1 year old.
